How do I find a doctor?

You can use the tool to search for many different kinds of health care providers:

Can I see a doctor who’s not on this list?
As a CHPW member, you must choose an in-network Primary Care Provider (PCP) to get your medical care.

Become a CHPW member:
In order to enroll with CHPW, you first have to be enrolled in Washington Apple Health (Medicaid). A CHPW enrollment specialist can help you sign up for Apple Health and navigate Washington Healthplanfinder by phone. They will make sure you have all the documents you need to sign up and can help you with the application process.
